The Victoria Inn at Antigonish is a truly beautiful place to stay. It's a charming Inn set in spacious grounds. However I'm afraid as it had never been on our original itinerary we didn't stick around very long to explore.
In a slight hiccup with our bookings, our navigator come driver had originally booked us in at the Delta Sherbrooke. Unfortunately he failed to check where this hotel was actually located. It wasn't until he programmed the sat nav the night before we left Halifax that he discovered his error. The Delta Sherbrooke, is nowhere near Sherbrooke Village as he had assumed. It is in fact in Quebec.
You can be sure that we never let him live that one down. We also ensured that we checked the rest our bookings very carefully.
Once we'd managed to get our flat tyre sorted out we were back on the road again. Our next stop was Sydney.
