The Delta Sydney (now the Holiday Inn Sydney) was our base from which we explored the Cabot Trail. My photos can't even begin to do justice to the beauty here. It was a full day to travel the loop of the Cabot Trail, but it was most definitely worthwhile.
We had a interesting stop at the Alexander Graham Bell Historical Site.
The next day we went to the Fortress of Louisbourg Historical Site. An impressive 18th century French fort. Knowledgeable staff dressed in full French costumes and the details within the buildings made this an absolutely fascinating trip. We wished we'd had longer to stay and explore.
Our next stop was Charlottetown in Prince Edward Island.
